TechOn has created a revolutionary new way to input
and organize ambulance information in TechOn EMS (TEMS).
This approach to data entry and retrieval is designed
to drastically minimize the amount of errors and time
wasted on multiple entries, allowing for Ambulance bookkeepers
to attain a clutter free call report and filing system.
Using handheld technology, TEMS can accomplish all
the tasks an Emergency Rescuer is required and much
more in a fraction of the time.
The handheld computer call report was specifically
created for ease of use. All steps were created in close
accordance to EMS guidelines and real world EMS issues.
TEMS most commanding aspect is as an organizational
tool. The most critical issue faced by back office data
entry personnel is illegible call reports. This problem
is effectively resolved by using TEMS on a handheld
computer because data is recorded in type form. There
is no need for personnel to input call report data;
simply place the handheld computer into its data transfer
cradle (otherwise known as syncing) and data is quickly
recorded and printed.
